Accounts and accuracy
Families and nannies are responsible for accurate contact, care, availability, location, experience, and certification information. Keep account access private and tell Nidoluma if anything important changes.
Terms
These service terms explain how requests, care sessions, payments, and support work. They are intended as a clear operating guide and remain subject to final legal review for Costa Rica.
Families and nannies are responsible for accurate contact, care, availability, location, experience, and certification information. Keep account access private and tell Nidoluma if anything important changes.
A booking is a request until the nanny accepts it. Temporary holds can expire when the stated hold window ends. A confirmed booking is created only after acceptance and any required payment step.
Families should share relevant ages, routines, allergies, access instructions, emergency contacts, and special needs before care begins. Nannies should only accept sessions they can safely and professionally provide.
The booking screen shows the nanny rate, platform fee, and total before payment. Cancellation, replacement, refund, and payout decisions depend on the booking status and the support policy communicated for that reservation.
Contact Nidoluma before a session if safety, access, timing, or care expectations change. Nidoluma may pause or remove a listing when information cannot be verified or conduct does not meet platform standards.
When a family and a nanny are introduced through Nidoluma, bookings between them are arranged through the platform for twelve months following that introduction. This keeps verification, secure payment, replacement help, and support in place for both sides. Contact Nidoluma if you believe an arrangement should sit outside this.
These terms may change as Nidoluma expands its service and completes local legal review. The current version will remain available on this page.
