Nidoluma uses account, booking, child-care, and payment information to match families and nannies, protect the service, and provide support. This summary remains subject to final legal review for Costa Rica.

Booking details are limited to the family, assigned nanny, administrators, and service providers needed to operate the booking. We do not make child-care notes public.
Identity and certification documents are stored privately for admin review. Public profiles show only approved profile information and verification markers.
Stripe handles payment details for checkout. Nidoluma does not store full card numbers. Payment status and booking totals may be retained for support and accounting.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain safety records. Contact Nidoluma to request help with your information.
